| Al Malaikah Host Unit was created in 1932 by Potentate Stanton A. Bruner. This
was the start of the public relations task of extending a friendly welcome to the general Nobility and their Guests
at Temple functions. The wives of the Hosts' participate in many Unit trips and social functions. The
purpose of this organization is to perform the duties of Host and Greeters of the Temple and to support projects
of the Temple as the Potentate shall direct. |

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
NOTE CHANGE of DATE
The board of directors meeting for March will be on THURSDAY March 18th at 6:00 PM in the Host
Unit room. Bring a fellow Mason and introduce him to the Host Unit and the Shrine, his dinner will be
paid for by the Host Unit.
CIRCUS TICKETS
Your Circus Tickets will be available at the next meeting. Be sure and send or give your
money to the Treasurer. The cost for the tickets this year will be $75.00 for ten tickets.
Details of our duties will be available at the March meeting.
AL MALAIKAH SPRING FLING
The March ceremonial in Laughlin will be Thursday through Sunday March 25th through
the 28th. If you intend to go and have not already done so, call the Shrine and reserve
your tickets for the shows and dinner. The ceremonial will be on Saturday March 24th so
get those candidates and their paperwork into the Shrine. ASAP
HOST POV
The Host POV previously scheduled for March 6th has been rescheduled to June 27th
at Noble Stan Giffis' home. More info to follow.
LADIE'S LUNCHEON
Saturday March 20th, 11am – 1pm
Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, LA Music Center
135 North Grand Avenue, Los Angeles
Park at the Shrine and a shuttle from/to the Shrine Center/Dorothy Chandler Pavilion will be provided.
For those who want to wait for their lady a light lunch will be provided in the Unit dinning room.
If you have not already done so, call the Shrine office and put in your reservation.
